Basic Economic Development Course
$1,000
The Basic Economic Development Course is an IEDC certified course that provides 22 hours of training on all aspects of Economic Development. This course typically has 30 participants. The sponsor would receive logo recognition at the opening ceremony and during the refreshment breaks.
Governor’s Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Below is a list of the different sponsorships that WEDA offers during the Annual Governor’s Conference. Inquire about sponsorship by clicking the Contact Us button under each opportunity.
Opening Reception
Sponsor
$1,500
As the Opening Reception Sponsor for the Governor’s Conference, your organization will receive specific recognition in front of the full conference and will be placed prominently on event signage and in the conference program. The sponsor will receive two (2) registrations to the conference. The opening reception will have approximately 100 people attending.
Conference Reception Sponsor
$3,000
As the Conference Reception Sponsor for the Governor’s Conference, your organization will receive specific recognition in front of the full conference and will be placed prominently on event signage and conference program. The sponsor also receives a full-page ad in the conference program. The sponsor also received three (3) registrations to the conference. This is the largest reception with approximately 200 to 250 people attending.
Conference Lunch Sponsor
$2,000
As the Lunch Sponsor for the Governor’s Conference, you will have an opportunity to provide a short presentation on your organization before the full conference and introduce a session. In addition, your organization will be placed prominently on event signage and marketing materials. Your logo will be part of the Conference program and you will receive a full-page ad in the conference program. The sponsor also receives two (2) registrations to the conference.
Breakfast Buffet Sponsor

As the Breakfast Buffet Sponsor, your organization will receive specific recognition in front of the full conference, receive recognition on event program, web site and signs. The sponsor also receives a full-page ad in the conference program. The sponsor receives two (2) registrations to the conference.
After Hours Networking Sponsor
$1,500
As the After Hours Networking Sponsor for the Governor’s Conference, your organization will receive prominent recognition on event signage and in event materials. Your logo will be part of the Conference program and you will receive a full-page ad in the conference program. The sponsor also receives two (2) registrations to the conference.

As a Partner Sponsor for the Community and Economic Development Awards, your organization will receive the following benefits: logo recognition on all marketing materials, web site and nomination materials. The Partner Sponsor will be listed as a partner on all press releases.
CEDA Individual Award Sponsor

As an Award Sponsor for the Community and Economic Development Awards, your organization will receive the following benefits: logo on nomination materials, logo on event web site, logo recognition incorporated into category video of finalist and presentation of the sponsored award.
